I rent eight condos in Cocoa Beach Florida, I wanted to find a program that I could use to keep track of my rentals. Hi Martien the system with siteminder is working great. You can see since the system went live in March 2013 the occupancy has almost doubled every month so far in 2013 vs 2012.
